This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded professional to influence strategic business decisions, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive pricing excellence across a diverse portfolio. As a Principal Pricing Strategy Analyst, you will help maximize the value of innovative healthcare technologies while contributing to long-term business success.This role is part of the Medical Surgical Strategic Pricing team and supports the EurAsia region. The position can be based in Prague, Warsaw, Bratislava, Budapest, Zagreb, or Belgrade and operates within a highly collaborative, international environment. You will partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Sales, Legal, Shared Services, and Offer Development teams, influencing pricing decisions across multiple countries and business units.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Develop and evolve strategic pricing frameworks that support business objectives, portfolio strategies, and market dynamics across the region
- Partner with commercial and marketing teams to define pricing strategies for new product launches, market opportunities, and value-based initiatives
- Lead financial modeling, scenario analysis, and pricing assessments to support strategic decision-making and sustainable profitability
- Own pricing inputs into business planning processes, including pricing forecasts, average selling price planning, and lifecycle management activities
- Manage floor price governance processes, evaluate pricing exceptions, and provide recommendations based on business and financial impact
- Translate market trends, competitive insights, and pricing intelligence into actionable recommendations for leadership teams
- Drive pricing excellence by supporting governance, process standardization, capability building, and performance monitoring initiatives
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, business analytics, or a related commercial function
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations for stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional and international environment
- Fluency in English
