About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Workplace Solutions Principal Presales Solution Architect to shape competitive, client-focused workplace transformation solutions and support global strategic pursuits from qualification through handover to delivery.
In this role, you will lead solution design Digital Workplace Solutions opportunities, translating client business, operational, and technical requirements into compelling outcome-based service models across service desk, modern device management, field services, collaboration, and experience-led transformation. You will work closely with sales, delivery, commercial, and portfolio stakeholders to develop compelling, scalable, and competitive proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Presales Leadership
- Own End-to-End Solution Design: Develop integrated Digital Workplace Solutions for complex pursuits, aligning client outcomes, service scope, operating model, tooling, governance, transition, and delivery assumptions.
- Lead RFP/RFI Response: Analyze client requirements, lead response content for the DWS solution domain, and ensure the proposed approach is differentiated, compliant, and executable.
- Business Financial Acumen: Work with pricing and commercial teams to translate the solution into costed service models, key assumptions, risks, and value propositions.
- Drive Business Growth: Identify upsell, transformation, and standardization opportunities across digital workplace, end-user services, automation, analytics, and employee experience.
- Drive Growth in the DWS Portfolio: Identify
Client Engagement & Innovation
- Lead Discovery and Client Workshops: Engage clients in discovery sessions, assumptions reviews, and solution workshops to validate needs, uncover pain points and transformation opportunities, and build confidence in the proposed design.
- Act as a Trusted Solution Advisor: Present solution options, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to client and internal stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
Collaboration & Execution
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Pursuit Teams Partner with sales, delivery, transition, product, engineering, finance, and bid management teams to ensure solution alignment and timely pursuit execution.
- Solution Governance: Support design reviews, deal governance, risk management, and clear handover into implementation so that the solution can be delivered as proposed.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Experience & Technical Expertise
- Strong experience in presales solution architecture for Digital Workplace Solutions, managed services, or end-user services environments.
- Deep understanding of service desk, deskside/field support, endpoint lifecycle, collaboration services, workplace engineering, and user experience considerations. Proven ability to build solution narratives, scope definitions, assumptions, transition approaches, and delivery models for complex outsourcing opportunities.
