Principal Partner Performance & Operations Analyst

Reports to: Senior Director Strategy, Planning and Programs

Location: Boston, MA – hybrid

At PTC, our global partner ecosystem is a critical driver of growth, scale, and customer success. As we continue to evolve our Partner organization, we are seeking a highly analytical, business-minded operations professional to strengthen how we manage key programs, evaluate performance, and execute strategic priorities.

The Principal Partner Performance & Operations Analyst will serve as the primary Strategy and Operations partner to PTC’s Partner Programs & Policy and Technology Partnerships organizations. The role combines business analysis, operational process ownership, program execution, stakeholder leadership, and data-driven decision support.

This individual will work directly with the data and operational processes supporting these organizations. They will develop analyses, reporting, models, and recurring insights that help leaders assess performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.

The role will also serve as a key business counterpart to the teams responsible for Partner data, reporting, systems, and analytics. This individual will help define business requirements, clarify metrics, improve reporting outputs, and use data to advance growth initiatives across Partner Programs, Policy, and Technology Partnerships. They will also contribute to shaping the broader Partner data strategy and environment.

Beyond analytics and operations, this individual will bring together stakeholders with different perspectives and priorities around shared objectives. They will create clarity across complex initiatives, help leaders evaluate tradeoffs, establish practical paths forward, and drive coordinated execution toward both immediate outcomes and longer-term improvements.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analyzing data, improving a recurring operational process, coordinating a complex cross-functional initiative, and presenting a clear point of view to senior leadership.
