As a Principal Organizational Change Consultant, you’ll drive the successful execution of enterprise transformation initiatives by designing and delivering end-to-end change strategies that enable adoption and measurable business outcomes. You won’t just recommend the plan — you’ll build it, refine it, and execute it. From strategy development to executive-ready presentations, communications, stakeholder engagement, and adoption plans, you will be hands-on in delivering the work that drives results.

About the role
Lead change strategy and execution for complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives
Translate business objectives into clear, actionable change and adoption plans
Build executive-ready materials that communicate strategy, progress, risks, and impact
Develop stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and enablement materials
Conduct impact and readiness assessments to inform approach and mitigate risk
Facilitate working sessions and leadership discussions to drive alignment and accountability
Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with tight timelines and evolving priorities
Track adoption and effectiveness, adjusting plans to drive results
Partner with business leaders, project teams, and communications partners to ensure cohesive delivery
Contribute to strengthening enterprise change and transformation practices
About You
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, human resources, communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience leading or supporting transformation, change, or complex cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated experience owning initiatives from strategy through execution
Proven ability to create clear, structured plans and drive work forward in fast-paced environments
Strong executive communication skills, including experience building presentations and synthesizing complex information
Experience developing stakeholder-facing materials such as communications, plans, or enablement resources
Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities while maintaining quality and momentum
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into actionable next steps
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in transformation, organizational change, program delivery, or related roles
Experience supporting enterprise-wide or multi-business area initiatives
Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar)
Experience working in fast-paced organizations
Experience measuring adoption, engagement, or business impact related to transformation efforts
