Job Summary
• You are a Master graduate or similar and may have 10-15 years of experience within ingredient application in dairy products.
• You like to work independently, but also understand how to function in a large organization and the importance of reaching common business objectives.
• You have experience with trial planning and follow-up.
• You have good communication skills and master English both orally and written and is willing to present in front of a larger audience. Language skills in French will be considered an advantage.
• You are open to travel 40 to 60 days a year.
IFF is a global leader within solutions for the dairy industry. This position offers opportunity to use existing skills and holds potential for professional and personal development. The aim is to provide technical product and application support to our customers and our sales organization Europe and North Africa markets.
You are a professional with a theoretical background within dairy science & technology or food science and food technology at Master or PhD level. The ideal candidate has minimum 10-15 years of experience from working with food ingredients application preferably in the dairy industry or related industry. You will belong to our EMEA dairy application team and be member of our dedicated team located in Brabrand, Denmark.
Focus will be on application of ingredients for fresh fermented dairy products and plant based fermented alternatives. For the right candidate there will opportunity to work also with other fresh dairy applications.
Your primary responsibilities will be to provide technical support to our customers in close cooperation with our sales organization and your colleagues in the Dairy Application teams EMEA. You will participate in customer development projects and internal development projects. You will have a competent internal organization to support your execution of the role including expansion of technical know-how and related competencies.
