The Marketing IT division owns Marvell's marketing technology ecosystem, bridging IT and brand strategy. The team is responsible for the architecture, delivery, and day-to-day operations of all customer-facing applications and marketing platforms, including Marvell's websites and digital marketing solutions. The division drives technical innovation while maintaining operational excellence, ensuring marketing technologies perform reliably and evolve to support the company's brand strategy and customer engagement goals.

What You Can Expect

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Technology Solutions Lead to take ownership of our marketing and customer-facing applications. This role strategically leads IT technical team and connects with marketing, branding teams, taking responsibility for the entire marketing technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive both innovation and operational excellence across all Marvell websites and marketing solutions while making decisive technology choices that support our brand strategy and customer engagement goals.
This position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in creating impactful digital brand experiences that drive customer engagement and business success in a dynamic marketing environment.

In this role you will:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of marketing technology initiatives from conception through implementation and continuous improvement

  • Plan, prioritize, and execute technical roadmaps that align with brand strategy while ensuring operational stability

  • Lead and deliver the technical architecture and implementation of customer-facing applications while balancing new development with ongoing maintenance

  • Own stakeholder management through clear communication of both technical constraints and business opportunities

  • Establish and maintain proactive monitoring and support processes to ensure marketing platforms operate at peak performance

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that address both new enhancements and operational requirements

  • Oversee daily operations of the marketing technology stack, ensuring minimal disruption while implementing improvements

  • Directly manage issue resolution and change management processes to minimize impact on marketing operations

  • Take accountability for quality assurance and testing processes across all customer-facing applications

  • Drive continuous enhancement of digital customer journeys while maintaining operational stability

  • Proactively identify and resolve potential operational issues before they impact marketing effectiveness

  • Balance innovation with reliability by identifying and implementing technical opportunities that enhance customer experience without compromising system performance

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business,  Science, Arts or related fields and  10+ years of related professional  experience.  OR Master’s degree and/or PhD in  Business, Science, Arts or related  fields with 5+ years of experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT with focus on marketing technology and customer-facing applications

  • Strong hands-on experience with J2EE stack (Java, Spring, Hibernate, etc.)

  • Proven track record implementing enterprise-level digital marketing solutions

  • Proven solution architecture experience, including ability to design scalable, maintainable technical architectures

  • Experience in managing operations and maintenance of enterprise level applications

  • Experience working directly with marketing teams on branding initiatives

  • Understanding of customer experience principles and digital marketing concepts

  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to bridge technical and marketing languages

  • Strong project management capabilities with emphasis on time-sensitive deliverables

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively

  • Understanding of digital analytics and user behavior tracking

  • Experience with personalization engines and content management systems

  • Familiarity with UX design principles and customer journey mapping

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and content management systems

  • Experience implementing B2B customer engagement platforms

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

140,400 - 207,790, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
