Overall Purpose: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by conducting market research, creating strategic alliances and partnership programs, and developing strategies for expanding distribution and driving growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive short and long-term strategies to drive market growth, penetration, and achieve business objectives, including specific initiatives for new and existing products, services, and verticals.
• Program and Project Management: Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of strategic initiatives and programs, including the launch and communication plans at the national and market levels, ensuring alignment with market and business needs.
• Partnership and Alliance Management: Establish, nurture, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances, negotiating engagement terms to enhance market presence, drive revenue, and support mutual goals, while continuously assessing partner needs and business drivers.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and provide detailed data analytics to inform strategic decision-making, optimize market strategies, and improve program effectiveness, including competitive analysis and market trends.
• Compliance and Collaboration: Ensure compliance with regulations and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technical teams to drive results and innovation.
Job Contribution: An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies. Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 7+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.

Skills Required

  • Experience in product, strategy, finance, business intelligence, consulting, program management, marketing analytics, or a related discipline
  • Strong quantitative skills and experience in opportunity sizing, forecasting, scenario analysis, business case development, or financial modeling
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analyses, clear recommendations, and executable plans
  • Experience coordinating complex initiatives across matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • Strong executive communication skills, including developing decision materials and recommendations for senior leadership
  • Ability to identify business levers and operational constraints affecting market performance
  • Experience prioritizing markets, customer segments, channels, or investments using quantitative and qualitative criteria
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Power BI, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, or related analytical tools
  • Strong program management, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, drive decisions, and maintain accountability in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting sales, marketing, pricing, finance, forecasting, operations, or go-to-market organizations
  • Experience using AI technologies and automation to improve analysis, decision-making, or workflow efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Certification required in some areas
