About the Job：

Drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and systems. Lead technical direction for ML initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and solve complex, high-impact problems. Adopt AI/ML model to provide feedback loop to MinerPlus system to improve mining farm operation efficiency. Contribute to the strategic vision for AI/ML within the organization.

What you will be responsible for:

• Lead the development and deployment of complex ML models.
  
• Design scalable and robust ML infrastructure.
  
• Drive technical direction and best practices for ML.
  
• Mentor and guide other ML engineers.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems with ML.
  
• Research and implement cutting-edge ML techniques.

How you will stand out:

• Strong background in machine learning theory and practice.
• Extensive experience building and deploying ML models in production.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python) and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years working experience in production
