As a Principal Legal Operations Specialist here at Honeywell, you will manage and optimize legal department processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
You will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the smooth functioning of legal processes and systems, supporting the legal department by developing and implementing legal operations strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize performance.

- Manage and optimize legal department processes and workflows
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of legal technology tools and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline legal processes and improve efficiency
- Manage legal department budget and track expenses
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate legal department staff on legal operations best practices
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of legal operations initiatives and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legal technology and industry trends
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
