Adswerve is looking for the Principal Lead, Martech Personalization to join the Digital Experience Adobe team!  This person will oversee leading our business development and initial delivery efforts for Adobe Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimizer. This position will focus on building strong strategic relationships across the various teams at Adobe in an effort to promote new client acquisition and revenue growth.  While working with Sales and Marketing leadership on a combination of product, brand, market, and sales strategies, this role will coordinate new leads, field new business opportunities, and win new business. 

This is a high visibility, high impact role with high expectations for product evangelism (both internal and external), helping assist with sales, as well as serving as a subject matter expert across the Adobe Experience Platform landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Go To Market for Adobe Real-time CDP and Journey Optimizer
  • Heavily support Adobe sales opportunities with solution demos, business discovery, and sales timelines, pricing, and delivery
  • Develop long-term next-generation Adobe innovation strategy and roadmap for Adswerve products and services.
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop Adobe focused campaigns and assets to support the objectives of Adobe’s partner program.
  • Identify and maintain a portfolio of innovation opportunities (creative solutions that clients or the Adobe community will love)
  • Seek new opportunities to expand the client base as well as cultivate strong long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Build and foster strong relationships with key external partners to drive Adswerve’s competitive advantage, product/customer experience and accelerate growth.
  • Report business insights (e.g. opportunity pipeline, results, budgets, and client wins), as a result of monitoring partnership value proposition and progress on case-by-case basis.Maintain a passion for unpacking complex business issues and delivering sustainable outcomes to align Adswerve’s priorities with Adobe.
Experience
  • Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  • Expert level knowledge of Adobe infrastructure strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of success, initiating and building complex partner initiatives from scratch to scale. Proven ability to build senior relationships and navigate external organizations.
  • Proven track record in a business development or sales engineer role 
  • Direct hands on experience designing and executing real-time activation and cross-channel orchestration use cases
  • Experience presenting to and interacting with executive management and C-Suite and a proven track record of having led large projects and teams across complex scope and scale
  • Ability to think strategically, take a helicopter view and develop a compelling vision, but also be able to investigate problems when required – focus on impact and results
  • Capability to translate strategy into an operational roadmap with clear actions, and impactful results
  • Strong persuasion and presentation skills, especially on marketing and brand strategy
  • Proven ability to develop, manage, and evolve relationships with strategic alliances and vendor relationships (i.e. Adobe).
  • Experience contributing to sales operations & process improvements.
  • Consistent track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.

This position pays a base salary of $170,000 to $200,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
