Principal Lead full stack developer

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications, working across both front-end and back-end technologies. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• Design and implement robust back-end services and APIs using Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.

• Manage databases (SQL and NoSQL), ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.

• Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed.

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Ensure security best practices and compliance with industry standards.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).

• Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• Expertise in back-end development using Node.js, Express, Django, Spring Boot, or similar.

• Solid understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MS SQL, RDS MySQL, DynamoDB, Aurora).

• Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 9+ years of experience

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture.

• Exposure to unit testing and automated testing frameworks.

• Understanding of security principles and data protection.

 

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
