Supports the full lifecycle management of the entire IT portfolio including the selection, appropriate usage, enhancement and
replacement of information technology applications, infrastructure and services.Responsible for handling end to end lifecycle of development scope for SAP ECC, S/4 HANA and BTP objects
Able to translate, design and build development objects by effective collaboration with functional leads and architects
In the transformation journey from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, able to develop and implement clean core strategies for optimizing customizations in SAP & adhering to defined coding standards
Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards related to SAP ABAP application management and integration
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices
Lead AI enablement programs, including pilots, proof of concepts, S4 migration and scaled rollouts.
Partner with business and technical stakeholder to identify, evaluate and prioritize AI/LLM use cases.
Stay current on AI advancements, evaluating new tools, vendors and technologies.
Collaborate with compliance, security and legal teams to uphold AI governance standards.
Ensure AI implementations follow established polices and industry standards.
MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous Medtronic experience
Experience in AI/ML, digital transformation, product management and business process optimization.
Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, automation and data driven workflows.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks(data privacy, AI ethics, security).
Strong experience in independently handling end to end lifecycle of development objects in Greenfield & Brownfield SAP S/4HANA Implementation projects
Have knowledge of handling custom code utilization and able to transform custom code from ECC to S/4HANA
Should be responsible for understanding various business requirements, translating them into technical designs, development, unit testing, supporting documentation and work along with functional, Integration and Business stakeholders
Good understanding of SAP SD/MM/FI/CO modules and able to navigate well through these process areas for technical requirements gathering or testing activities
Strong Experience in S/4 HANA Implementations/Conversions, HANA Architecture, CDS Views & Annotations, AMDPs, Custom Code Remediation and working on Eclipse ADT
Good expertise in SAP UI5 Framework, Fiori, Fiori Elements and Fiori Dashboards
Development experience in BTP architecture and its services, Side-by-side extensions (CAP), Restful Application Programming (RAP), SAP Cloud Foundry, and Tools experience in SAP BAS, and GitHub
Extensive working knowledge in OData, Gateway services & troubleshooting using standard debugging tools/process
Good understanding of SAP and Non-SAP integrations and able to work with the technology vendors/providers to ensure timely delivery and quality of development.
Must adhere to SAP ABAP NW 7.5 syntax & coding standards, and proficient with performing various ATC Variants
Experience in Web Services, BRF+ and AIF frameworks
Experience in Reports (SALV), Interfaces (ALE-Idocs & Proxies), Conversions, Enhancements (Exits, BADIs and BTEs), Forms (Smart Forms and Adobe Forms) and Workflow
Working knowledge in OOPS and Class Builder
Experience in Upgrades (SPAU&SPDD), Regression Testing & Performance
Analyse and troubleshoot complex issues related to SAP ECC, S4 ABAP, Fiori and BTP applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous Medical devices and/or Pharma experience
Working on Production Planning, and Plant Maintenance modules
Bitbucket knowledge
Strong grasp of Security and Authorization Objects
Possess a deep understanding of SAP integration methodologies and principles
SAP Certifications in ABAP and related technologies
