Job Description Summary:
Investor Initiatives is responsible for tracking, reporting, and driving the implementation and enhancement of investor technology solutions, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, investors, and management to ensure seamless integration and effective communication throughout the implementation process.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Liaise with Investors: Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, providing regular updates back to leadership on pending investor initiatives, addressing concerns and questions, and ensuring that clear and accurate messaging is delivered to investors and executive leadership.
• Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, Operations, and Client Delivery Team, to ensure effective communication and alignment on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and Maintain Initiative Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including delivery tracking, status reports, and meeting minutes, to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the implementation process.
• Track and Manage Implementation Status: Monitor and report on the status of external investor technology implementations and enhancements, identifying and escalating any issues or roadblocks that may impact related timelines or deliverables.
• Identify and Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with technology implementations, enhancements, and prioritization working closely with internal and external parties to develop and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent required
- 5+ years’ experience Mortgage Servicing Experience required
- Technology product implementation experience and Project Management as it pertains to technology product implementation experience required
- Investor Relations experience required
- Proficiency with MS Office with emphasis on MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills both internally and externally.
- Effectively present accurate information to varying audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to perform required work assignments
