Role SummaryThe Principal will support the leadership team, CEO, President and CFO across the firm’s platform, contributing across investment, platform-building, capital raising, and business development workstreams as priorities shift. They are looking for someone analytically exceptional: intellectually rigorous, commercially minded, reliable, and highly detail-oriented. What you will do
Investment and strategic analysis
- Perform financial modelling, market analysis, and investment underwriting
- Support sourcing, transaction execution, and due diligence processes
- Produce investment memos, Board materials, and strategic analysis
- Support capital raising materials and investor workstreams
- Track carbon market developments and develop investment views
Platform and commercial support
- Support broader platform priorities across business development (carbon credit commercialization)
- Help manage intermediary, investor, and corporate buyer relationships
- Support commercial and legal processes
- Contribute to operational improvement initiatives, including AI adoption across the platform, and other strategic projects

- 3 to 6 years experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, Big Four, or similar
- Strong financial modelling and investment underwriting skills
