Why this role is important for us

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Operations Knowledge Leader to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep operational expertise with strong leadership in knowledge management and process optimization.

You will take lead in client onboardings, ensuring a seamless experience and operational excellence. At the same time, you will be responsible for building team capabilities on our platform and ensuring robust reconciliation processes. This position offers significant autonomy to enhance the platform and redesign workflows, driving efficiency and scalability across the organization.

What you will be responsible for

  • Client Onboarding Leadership: Manage end-to-end onboarding for new clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth integration.

  • Platform Expertise: Act as the go-to expert on SimCorp Dimension, guiding the team and optimizing platform usage.

  • Reconciliation Excellence: Ensure implementation of best practices and controls in the reconciliation process across all asset classes,.

  • Knowledge & Capability Development: Train and mentor colleagues to strengthen operational proficiency and platform expertise.

  • Process & Platform Optimization: Identify gaps and implement improvements to systems and workflows for greater efficiency and risk mitigation.

  • Documentation & Governance: Maintain clear documentation of processes, controls, and platform enhancements

What we value

  • Extensive experience in investment operations, preferably within asset management or insurance.

  • Strong proficiency in SimCorp Dimension and ability to leverage its full capabilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of reconciliation processes across multiple asset classes.

  • Proven track record in client onboarding and operational process management.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
