Your role at a glance
The Principal Internal Programme Manager – Data Office (m/f/d) plays a key role in translating strategic data priorities into actionable, enterprise‑wide initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of data governance, strategy execution, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise data standards. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the position drives data maturity, transparency, and operational excellence across the organisation. It requires a strong data background, programme leadership experience, and the ability to deliver results through influence. The role is ideal for someone passionate about enabling data‑driven decision‑making in a complex, global environment.What we are looking for
- Proven experience in programme or project management within data, analytics, or governance environments
- Strong understanding of data governance, data management frameworks, and enterprise data strategies
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into structured initiatives and drive execution across global teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership engagement
- Analytical mindset with experience in data quality, reporting, and insight generation
- Experience working in cross‑functional, international environments and driving change through influence
- High level of organisation, judgement, and ability to manage multiple priorities in complex settings
- Drive and coordinate enterprise data initiatives, ensuring alignment with data strategy and business objectives
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards
- Translate strategic priorities into programmes, workstreams, and actionable deliverables across the organisation
- Enable data‑driven decision‑making through analytics, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration
- Engage and influence stakeholders across all levels to drive data adoption and organisational change
- Monitor data quality, identify risks, and support the implementation of improvement measures and governance processes
- Collaborate with technology and platform teams to ensure data solutions meet business needs and enterprise standards
- Prepare clear documentation, reporting, and decision materials to support leadership and programme transparency
