Principal Full Stack Engineer, Digital Identity
The Role
The Digital Security Identity Chapter is embarking on a multi-year journey to build modern customer identity capabilities. As a Principal Full Stack Engineer, you will join a team of engineers to create transformative identity management solutions across multiple digital experiences and products, delivering outstanding digital experiences to customers in a reusable, scalable, and efficient way.

- Contribute to Fidelity’s next generation of digital capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of full stack engineers.
- Build tooling and platforms used by many Fidelity applications and developers.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and programming highly functional and scalable software applications using Java, Angular, Node, GraphQL, and AWS.
- Experience in deploying and supporting large-scale solutions that impact millions of customers and thousands of associates across a complex ecosystem.
- Expert experience working within environments heavily focused on TDD, automation, and DevSecOps concepts to rapidly deliver, measure, and iterate on products and features.
- Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and their associated data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- (Preferred) Experience in customer identity and access management.
