We are seeking a Principal FP&A Analyst to join our Global Finance organization, supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) functions and regional operations in Eastern Europe.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on financial planning, business partnering, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leaders and regional stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Analyze key financial and commercial drivers (ARR, retention, churn, margins, cash flow) to support decision making
- Lead variance, trend, and profitability analysis, identifying risks and opportunities
- Develop and maintain complex, driver-based financial models and scenario analyses
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership
- Monitor performance against KPIs and recommend actions to optimize results
- Enhance reporting through Power BI and standardized analytics
- Improve processes, data quality, and forecasting accuracy using automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, GTM, and Operations teams
- Support strategic initiatives, transformation projects, and ad-hoc analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA a plus)
- 8+ years of FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally in a multinational or technology/SaaS environment
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, planning, and forecasting
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and financial planning systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan) preferred
- Strong analytical and business partnering skills, with ability to translate data into insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate in a fast-paced global environment
- Interest or experience in automation, AI, or advanced analytics is a plus
