The Principal Field Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the execution of segment marketing programmes to generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and drive revenue growth for nCino. This role works closely with Sales, Partners and Marketing teams to execute localised campaigns and events aligned with nCino’s regional brand and messaging while tailoring strategies to meet segment goals.


 

Essential Functions: 

  • Lead the execution of field marketing programmes, including events, webinars, digital advertising, email campaigns, ensuring alignment with regional business goals and maximising engagement with high-value prospects and customers.
  • Advise and influence Sales and Marketing teams on target accounts and market trends to enhance engagement strategies and develop localised campaigns to drive pipeline growth.
  • Serve as a field marketing lead for assigned territories, collaborating with regional marketing to adapt messaging and assets for local relevance, ensuring brand consistency while enhancing regional impact.
  • Partner in the coordination of field-level events, including sponsorships, trade shows, and executive programmes with regional marketing team.
  • Report and analyse on campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify and make recommendations on areas for improvement by market segment.
  • Act as a key liaison between field marketing and local stakeholders, delivering regular updates on campaign performance, strategic initiatives, and market feedback to inform decision-making and foster alignment.
  • Provide data-driven insights on marketing programmes activities and successes, ensuring visibility into campaign performance and alignment with business objectives and sales strategies.
  • Utilize field marketing best practices influenced by industry trends and competitive activity that promotes new strategies.
  • Leverage AI analytics tools to generate actionable insights from customer data and operational metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making for process improvements and customer experience enhancements.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Undergraduate degree and 8+ years of related experience/ proficiency.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and analysing marketing programmes performance.
  • Ability to independently localise marketing content for campaigns based on market segment requirements
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, 6sense, and Marketo.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, results-oriented attitude.

 

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of the financial services or banking industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with sales, partners, customers, and internal teams.
  • Experience with digital advertising across LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms
  • Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for marketing programmes
  • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include white papers, case studies, webinars, digital advertising, and social media
  • Ability to be analytical with strong technical acumen leveraging multiple sources (6sense, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
The successful candidate could be based in UK, Spain, Sweden, Germany, France or Netherlands
