We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Principal Executive Assistant to support our CFO in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. This pivotal role is tailor-made for a proactive and resourceful individual who thrives on organization, creative problem-solving, and cultivating meaningful professional relationships. This is a hybrid role based in our Lexington, MA office.

What you’ll do:

As a trusted partner to the CFO, you'll have a direct impact on ensuring smooth operations, managing priorities, and driving efficiency.

  • Efficiently manage and prioritize the CFO's calendar and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and submit accurate expense reports, meeting materials, and presentations.
  • Maintain Finance org charts and track organizational changes.
  • Leverage tools like MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, and NetSuite to streamline operations.
  • Act as the point person for IT and procurement needs, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

What you’ll need:

  • 8–10+ years providing high-level support to senior leaders (C-Level experience required).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Concur and NetSuite is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to excel in organizational management, multitasking, and prioritization at an executive level.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Highly proactive and detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to navigate and manage ambiguity in complex, fast-paced environments.
