Overview:

As Technical Lead, a candidate will be responsible for leading technical resources for one/more projects and ensuring the successful delivery of technical components for DI professional services projects. This includes that the candidate will be responsible for the implementation, hyper care support, and operations related to customer environments. The role requires the expertise and skills to be part of implementation projects, requirement gathering, client interactions, solution design, authoring technical documentation, delivering technical components, and performing cut-over activities through to Go-Live. The position also has the responsibility for researching, providing root cause analysis, and supporting architectural and performance-related improvements for multiple Oracle implementations.

Together With:

  • Should be part of the discovery, design, and delivery phases of medium to large implementation projects.
  • Interact with the client representatives and facilitate technical discussions to review the AS-IS business processes and propose TO-BE solutions from a technical standpoint.
  • Should be hands-on in coding, developing, scripting, and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment including ability to work collaboratively with business users/Team members.
  • Resolve complex or previously unknown issues, requiring expert technical knowledge and business acumen.
  • Adhere to Response and Resolution SLAs strictly.

In combination with:

  • On a need basis, if required, should be able to support Data Intensity customers' production instances, support in debugging the issues and identifying the solution, and pro-actively suggest customer's best practices.
  • Provide root cause analysis, fix resolution, implementation support, and continuous process improvement.
  • Develop new skills outside of your comfort zone.
  • Act to resolve issues that prevent the team from working effectively.
  • Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables meets the expectations of firms/clients.
  • Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarising key points.
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

You are the best candidate if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion SaaS/PaaS project implementations in SCM (OM, INV, PO), Financials (AP, AR, GL) Modules and worked in a managed capacity with a team of developers in multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Should have professional experience in writing technical design documents, migration documents, and implementation documents.
  • Should have client management skills and the ability to lead technical discussions in client meetings.
  • Completed at least 2 or 3 full ERP or Oracle Cloud (Fusion) project implementations.
  • Ability to perform proof of concepts and come up with technical solutions for requirements in PaaS for OIC integrations, ORDS, and VBCS UIs (Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Extensive Knowledge of underlying database structure for ERP/Oracle Cloud (Fusion)
  • Extensively worked on BI Publisher reports and FBDI/OTBI
  • Have strong technical knowledge of Oracle Database SQL and PLSQL
  • Excellent Communication skills (written and oral) with good attention to detail
  • Ability to design complex integrations in OIC that are capable of processing large volume files using Object Storage and ATP DBMS_CLOUD package to interface into ATP DB
  • Experience with ATP DBMS_SCHEDULER jobs and leveraging the concepts in OIC.
  • Understanding of Inherent tools and technologies of SaaS Applications (FBDI, BIP, ADFDI, Applications Composer, Page Integration, etc.)
