Get to Know the Role
We are looking for an experienced Integration and automation architect to help develop the strategy, standards and guidelines to support business productivity and workflow orchestration use cases.
You will work with our Enterprise Architecture team reporting to the Head of EA and also build close relationships with application system owners, business stakeholders and engineering teams. Your work will ensure that GTS is equipped to offer sustainable technology solutions supporting outcomes with the latest technology capabilities and developments in AI and Orchestration. If you have experience delivering impactful technology solutions and are passionate about encouraging collaboration, you will offer an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.
This role will be onsite and the office location is in Singapore.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Partner with the Orchestration and Innovation teams within GTS to develop standards and frameworks for Integration and orchestration architecture
- Develop working relationships with software vendors and engineering teams alike to gain an intimate knowledge of the technology options available for implementation.
- Work with GTS IT Partners to understand the demands coming from the business and to help frame opportunities and solution options for achieving outcomes.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for AI and Orchestration technology capabilities in Enterprise IT.
- Partner with the Head of GTS and senior business stakeholders to ensure that technology programs align with our goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
- This will be an individual contributor role.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- At least 10 years of experience in architecting workflow orchestration solutions on iPaaS platforms (e.g., UIPath, Workato, Mulesoft, OIC, Knime).
- Experience working with ERP solutions to develop integration and orchestration workflows
- Experience with enterprise-scale data management, including data lakes, data warehouses, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Experience designing solutions on cloud platforms.
- Track record in designing data integration architectures, pipelines, and data orchestration strategies for large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience with data governance, privacy, and security frameworks in regulated industries.
- Experience in enterprise IT environments, including deploying and scaling Automation and Integration solutions across multiple departments and regions.
- Experience working with Enterprise Architecture tooling and frameworks, including TOGAF, ArchiMate and BPMN, for process and capability mapping.
- Capability in creating architecture artefacts such as data models, process maps, capability models, and technical reference models.
- Experience translating complex requirements into, scalable solutions that create value.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of multi-agent systems and AI solutions for enterprise workflows.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI models, especially for conversational AI.
- Experience integrating AI/ML into low-code/no-code platforms and automation systems.
- Familiarity with AI governance and compliance in enterprise settings.
- Experience designing chatbots for platforms like Microsoft Teams.
- Experience deploying AI in corporate environments, including change management and user adoption.
