About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Principal Engineer to design and implement our next-generation platforms that integrate AI as a Feature, big data processing, and Agentic (Vibe) Coding capabilities.
In this role, you will architect scalable systems and remain hands-on in coding and implementation to ensure technical excellence and innovation across our frontend, backend, data, and cloud ecosystems.
You will work on both brownfield and greenfield projects, modernizing legacy systems while building new, AI-powered platforms from the ground up.
This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives in complex technical environments and wants to shape how AI integrates into real-world products—with a strong foundation in data engineering, LLM pipelines, and full-stack development.
Key Responsibilities:
AI-Driven Architecture & Technical Excellence
- Design and implement scalable, distributed systems that integrate AI and large language models (LLMs) as core functional features.
- Define and drive the vision for Vibe / Agentic Coding—leveraging autonomous or semi-autonomous agents for complex workflows.
- Establish best practices for software architecture, performance optimization, and system reliability.
- Stay hands-on in coding, reviewing, and contributing to core system components.
Full-Stack Development
- Frontend: Contribute to ReactJS, TypeScript, and Next.js architectures for performance, modularity, and scalability.
- Backend: Build and maintain robust APIs and services using C#, .NET Framework 4.7, and .NET Core in both monolith and microservices environments.
- Ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems with a strong focus on security, scalability, and performance.
DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Oversee deployment strategies, containerization, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Optimize systems for scalability, cost efficiency, and reliability within the Azure Cloud ecosystem.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, AI, and Data teams to translate business goals into robust technical solutions.
- Contribute technical insights and innovation to shape long-term architectural direction.
AI & Data Engineering
- Lead initiatives in big data processing, model integration, and real-time analytics pipelines.
- Optimize and manage large-scale data systems supporting AI-driven applications.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in system architecture and development.
- Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-scale systems.
- Solid understanding of data engineering and big data frameworks.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and AI-driven features into production systems.
- Must be a hands-on engineer capable of contributing directly to codebases and technical implementations.
Strong expertise in:
- Frontend: ReactJS, TypeScript, Next.js
- Backend: C#, .NET Framework 4.7, .NET Core (monolith and microservices)
- Cloud & DevOps: Azure, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Vibe / Agentic Coding paradigms or autonomous agent frameworks.
- Experience with AI orchestration, vector databases, or semantic retrieval systems.
- Background in distributed computing, data pipelines, or event-driven architectures.
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
