Our teams of Software Engineers, SREs, QAs, UX, and Product Managers work closely together to deliver value to our customers as a leading provider of technology solutions to churches, schools, and non-profit organisations.

• Architect & Scale – Design and optimize a cloud-native, microservices-based architecture that processes millions of real-time transactions per day.
• Define Strategy – Own and execute a long-term technology roadmap, balancing scalability, performance, and product innovation.
• Solve Deep Tech Problems – Improve database scalability, distributed caching, event-driven workflows, and latency optimization for a high-performance platform.
• Drive Best Practices – Champion code quality, security, and performance, ensuring our platform remains resilient, secure, and scalable.
• Guide & Influence – Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape our engineering strategy, support professional growth, and foster a culture of technical excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) building high-scale distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-native applications.
• Proven expertise in C#, .NET Core, NodeJS, AWS, and event-driven architectures.
• Front-end experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript (bonus: UI/UX sensibility).
• Deep understanding of performance tuning, scalability, and security in modern web applications.
• A track record of making thoughtful, strategic technical decisions, simplifying complexity, and delivering impactful solutions.
• A reputation for mentoring, coaching, and inspiring teams.
• Exceptional communication skills—you can explain deep tech to execs and turn business goals into scalable solutions.
