Job Title: Full Stack Engineer (Front-End Focused)

About the Role: We’re seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Full Stack Engineer with a front-end-heavy focus and a go-getter mindset to join our team on-site. In this role, you’ll build next-generation toolkits with rapid iteration across diverse business use cases, including tools for a VC firm. You’ll be fully responsible for both front-end and back-end development, heavily working in JS, CSS, React JS, Next.js, and Python. This position is ideal for a proactive self-starter who thrives in an independent environment, has a strong user-first approach, and possesses excellent communication skills.
.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain toolkits and applications for various business use cases, focusing on user-centric design and usability.
- Independently handle all aspects of development (both front-end and back-end) without support from a dedicated backend engineer.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and Python code.
- Continuously iterate on designs and user flows to ensure a top-tier user experience.
- Participate in code reviews, maintain high code quality, and identify areas for improvement.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in full-stack engineering, with a strong focus on front-end development.
- Proficiency: Hands-on experience/Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React JS, Next.js, CSS, Web-development, NodeJs and Python.
- Mindset: Highly self-driven and proactive, with a go-getter attitude and a user-first approach; enthusiastic about learning new technologies, including AI-driven projects
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Plus: Familiarity with building for multiple business use cases.
Work Arrangement
- On-Site: 5 days a week in the office
- Hands-on experience with varied business toolkits and next-gen technology.
