We are looking for an experienced Senior Technology Professional to join a high-performing engineering environment in Hyderabad. The role is suited for a seasoned technology leader who can contribute to the design, development, and delivery of large-scale, customer-focused technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, reliable, and high-quality solutions.

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise technology solutions.
• Translate business and product requirements into robust technical architectures and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, operations, and business teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Drive technical design decisions with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Contribute to the development and modernization of large-scale applications and distributed systems.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks and drive appropriate solutions.
• Review technical designs, code, and implementation approaches to ensure engineering quality.
• Establish and promote software engineering best practices, coding standards, testing approaches, and development processes.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Support the adoption of modern technologies, automation, cloud capabilities, and engineering practices.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers and development teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders to communicate technical decisions, project progress, risks, and delivery plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of system performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• Ensure solutions are delivered within agreed timelines and meet defined quality and business objectives.

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, technology, architecture, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong experience working on large-scale, enterprise-grade technology platforms.
• Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, secure, highly available, and reliable solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
• Experience working across the complete software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, testing, performance optimization, and code quality.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile or other modern development environments.
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to mentor engineers and influence technical decisions across teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
