Join Amadeus in shaping cutting-edge Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions that enhance enterprise customer experiences. In this role, you’ll work with talented teams, contribute to end-to-end architecture, and help drive our digital transformation initiatives.
In this role, you’ll:Design CRM solutions that meet business needs and ensure scalability and security.
Define technical architecture, including data models, integration, and security design.
Facilitate solution design sessions and ensure alignment between technical and business goals.
Implement CRM capabilities across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Marketing, Customer Insights, Field Service) and SAP CRM.
Configure entities and security in Microsoft Dataverse, and develop solutions with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Design integrations using Microsoft Azure services and APIs.
Integrate SAP CRM with SAP ERP systems, including ECC and S/4HANA, leveraging CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), BTP (Business Technology Platform), and Integration Suite.

Hands-on experience with both Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and SAP CRM ecosystems.
Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure Active Directory, Azure Logic Apps, and other Azure tools.
Understanding of SAP technologies, including integration with core ERP systems.
Practical experience designing scalable CRM architecture and integrations.
Experience working in collaborative environments, engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with modern development practices and willingness to learn emerging technologies.
(Extensive experience in CRM solution architecture is expected, typically gained over 10+ years, but equivalent capability from diverse paths is welcome.)

Skills Required
