What you need -
- Overall, 15 years of experience in developing carrier grade telco software
- 10 years of experience in the design and development of 4G/5G RAN software
- Expert level understanding of the end-to-end 4G RAN architecture
- In depth knowledge of 3GPP RAN and O-RAN specifications and functionality
- Expert on 4G RAN Software architecture and design including design of an efficient data path using DPDK, scalable L2 design, modular and maintainable L3 design
- Strong knowledge of IP protocols Ethernet / TCP/IP / UDP.
- Expert level knowledge of RRC, S1AP, X2AP, MAC, RLC and PDCP protocol layers.
- Excellent Log analysis and debugging skills.
- Must be strong in C/C++ Programming and Linux OS.
- Hands on experience on debugging in Linux environment with tools like GDB, QXDM, TM500, QCAT etc.
What you will do :
- As an Architect, mentor a strong team of RAN developers and be responsible for overall quality of the 4G stack software
- Work closely with the professional services team to resolve any issues from the field.
- Work closely with product management to prioritize the features in the roadmap and address design gaps
- Designing, development & Unit testing of 4G in Layer2(RLC/MAC/PDCP) & Layer3(RRC/RRM) modules.
