Job Description

Job Overview:
- As a Senior SAP BTP Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Your expertise will be essential in driving digital transformation initiatives and delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement applications and services on SAP BTP, ensuring high performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Enhance existing applications and integrate with other systems and technologies (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integration Suite).
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship and training to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops for additional developers to enhance their skills and knowledge in SAP BTP technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay current with SAP technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and best practices.
- Participate in project planning and status meetings, providing updates on development progress and timelines.
- Lead technology workshops - Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP development, with a strong focus on SAP BTP.
- Proven experience with SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP), SAP Integration Suite, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, services, and application development within the SAP ecosystem.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
