Job Description

  • This is a hybrid role (2 to 3 days in office)
  • Office location: New York, NY 10007
  • We support relocation

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service: Advise on best practices, build strong client relationships.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain transparency, deliver reports, and facilitate alignment.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee solution design, implementation, and quality assurance.
  • Planning & Execution: Define scope, timelines, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Manage 20–25 team members, assign resources, and foster collaboration.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Budget Management: Monitor expenses, forecast needs, and report financials.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet standards and conduct post-project evaluations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in business, IT, or related field.
  • 12+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall
  • PMP preferred.
  • Proficient in tools like MS Project, Jira, Monday.com.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $140K-$175K Gross (Base + bonuses) + standard Nagarro Benefits
