About the role:
Continence Care Principal Engineer – Research and Development Engineering is a member of global R&D team with responsibility for process development activities as part of new product introduction and product life cycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Development of process specifications for new products and improving of processes/products, ensuring the accurate completion of the required documentation to ensure transition of processes and design from T&I to manufacturing
Analyzing market and technology demands to assess the feasibility of projects and plans
Development of specification for new equipment, machine and processes and qualification of them to be suitable for CvT prototyping, design verification and product production
Management the introduction of new/modified equipment, tools, software and systems
Coordination of pilot-plant or initial production runs on new products or processes
Creates, updates, reviews and approves documents related to process development and machine introduction
Participates for CAPA and NC investigations and provide technical assessment for design related issues and improvements
Cooperation and collaboration with all team members in cross-functional teams
Follows all CvT standard for values and behaviors
Follows all CvT internal standards for EHS
Ensures that work and task outputs are delivered at the required level and on time
Continuously develops and improves the skills and experiences needed job execution
Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision
Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals

Qualifications/Education:
University, technical degree (mechanical or electrical engineering) preferred
Educated in CvT internal design control, change control, risk management and another applicable SOP’s and WI’s
Travel Requirements:
Position will involve travel, mostly within Europe but international travel may be expected within 15% of working hours. Some trips may include overnight travel
Working Conditions
Work in office environment, production centers and laboratory
Office based position with home office possibilities based on the local home office policy - 8 days per month (+ 2 extra days in exceptional situations)
