Your Team, Your Impact
Marvell's Quality and Reliability team is looking for an experienced Principal Reliability Engineer who will be responsible for the new product qualification of advanced semiconductor products. The candidate will work with internal and external partners to execute reliability stress, readpoint testing and logistics for local and international projects. The candidate will work on Marvell's leading edge Accelerated Infrastructure products.
What You Can Expect

Review custom qualification with customers and develop qualification plans for Accelerated Infrastructure products.

Work with the Business Unit and Operations team for NPI requirements planning and technical risk assessments.

Partner with external vendors to develop next generation stress capability and strategic capacity for future programs.

Manage multiple product reliability qualifications, from planning to execution and debug.

Coordinate internal and external engineering resources and materials for reliability qualifications.

Analyze stress data and results to evaluate the Reliability performance of Logic/Memory/Analog Cores IP.

Review and Analyze the ESD/HBM/CDM/LU test results and feedback to design teams for future improvement.

Summarize project findings and results into final qualification reports for customers.

Develop and monitor reliability monitoring programs to establish MTBF, FIT and other reliability metrics.

Drive 8D troubleshooting and root cause analysis of qual failures to improve product reliability.
What We're Looking For
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields and 10-15 years of related professional experience or Master’s degree and/or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields with 5-10 years of experience.

Experience in product qualification and reliability testing. Experience in advanced CMOS nodes and high power products a plus.

Familiarity in semiconductor stress testing methodology in accordance to industry standards (JEDEC, AEC). Experience in HTOL, ESD, LU, HAST, HTS, TC highly preferred.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills.

Empowered problem solver that can detail and organize complex programs.

Experience working with vendors on stress pattern bring-up, execution of testing, and test hardware design and build.

Strong social skills, specifically a demonstrated ability to effectively work with cross-function team.
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
127,800 - 191,400, $ per annum
The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
