We deliver FIS Asset Finance solutions to big businesses around the globe, and we are looking for Senior Automation QA for strengthening QA automation and ensuring quality of our product. - business processes analysis, identify pain points, recommend best practices
- digitizing their business processes by way of designing workflows
- host of APIs for quick integrations with 3rd party systems, be it portals, or other systems
About the role
Senior Automation QA for Asset Finance India PS team with strong automation experience
What you will be doing
- Develop and maintain test scripts, following new development
- Work with the Business Analyst and Development teams to understand risks level
- Provide good test coverage and reporting on this
- Ensuring new scripts are included properly in the test automation pack
- Investigation and reporting of defects/bugs discovered, following re-test after correction
- Reporting on risks and issues, with recommended steps to resolve
- Delivering regular progress/status reports as required
- Managing all work in a co-operative team environment, using a workflow system
- Analyzing and reporting on the QA processes, with a view to ensuring continuous improvement
What you will bring
- 8-10 years of knowledge on Test strategy & planning, good understanding, and experience with different testing methodology.
- Domain knowledge of Auto, Leasing & Lending (Commercial, Retail, Auto Finance, Asset Finance)
- 8-10 years of experience on Automation, extensive knowledge & experience on Selenium WebDriver with C# and its working. Experience in working on page object model with selenium.
- Strong experience in Web API testing using various tools like Postman or Fiddler
- Strong experience in NUnit and Proxy
- Strong experience in Functional Manual testing (Writing and executing test cases), willingness to do Manual QA as well
- Good understanding and knowledge on programming concepts and OOPS preferably with C#.
- Experience and knowledge on SOAP/REST API testing using SOAP UI, POSTMAN or relevant API testing tools
- Performance and Load testing
- DB testing
- Working knowledge of MS SQL and Oracle query writing
- Experience in web application testing
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Jira
