About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAFe Agile Scrum Master to drive Agile execution and foster continuous improvement across teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile and SAFe ceremonies, coaching teams, removing impediments, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality products.
What You Will Do
Facilitate Scrum and SAFe ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile, Scrum, and SAFe best practices.
Identify, track, and remove impediments that impact team delivery.
Measure team performance using Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, and Predictability.
Support leadership in creating KPI dashboards and progress reports.
Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
What You Need to Be Successful
10+ years of overall experience with relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification.
Hands-on experience working in a SAFe Agile environment.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, Lean principles, and Agile delivery practices.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Bonus Points If You Have
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), or equivalent certification.
Experience managing multiple Agile teams or large-scale programs.
Experience in Automotive, Embedded Systems, or Product Development environments.
Strong understanding of Agile metrics and continuous improvement practices.
