Introduction

This position is for an experienced process integration engineer to develop BEoL passive devices in Singapore TD department.

Your Job

• The primary responsibility is to develop BEoL passive devices, such as MIM (Metal-Insulator-Metal), MOM (Metal-Oxide-Metal) , resistors and etc, as device owner covering both device performance and process development.

• Owns Pcell, design rule and other relevant PDK component enablement.

• Drive device characterization and continuous FOM improvement.

• Interface with internal and external customers for relevant communication.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor or master's degree in electrical engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering or other relevant field.
• 4 years experience as process or process integration engineer.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with different teams.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments.
• Self-motivated, energetic and positive mindset.
• Experience in BEoL interconnect development is a plus.
• Proven record of international publication and patent is a plus.
