Role Overview

As a Principal Engineer – LLM, you will design and optimize large-scale language models, lead AI research, and build high-performance AI systems. You’ll mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation in AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Optimize LLMs: Train, fine-tune, and deploy large-scale AI models for real-world applications.

• Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and devise solution strategies.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• 10+ years in software/AI engineering, with 5+ years in LLMs and deep learning.
• Expertise in transformer models and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud AI infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and model optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for AI innovation.
• Define and drive AI/LLM strategy, architecture, and implementation.
• Plan and optimize resources, budgets, and policies for AI/LLM projects.
• Build scalable, efficient, and secure AI infrastructure.
• Ensure continuous improvements in model performance, reliability, and efficiency.
