Job Description:
• Design and implement custom digital and analog circuits for high speed and ultra-low power SRAM macros.
• Bit cell margin analysis and SRAM design tradeoffs.
• Responsible for working with logic/architecture team to formulate design specifications.
• Define architecture/topologies optimizing for PPA and yield. • Work with layout team to oversee the design.
• Perform backend and front-end verification. • Work with product and test engineers for product ramp-up
• Work with FA and yield teams for process and yield improvement
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Proven understanding of device physics and process • Hands-on design experience of SRAM memory circuits and read/write assist circuits.
• Experience with developing and using various flows and methodologies, including: Spice simulation, Static timing analysis, IR / EM analysis
• Experience with High Sigma MonteCarlo tool such as Solido
• Experienced in advanced technology circuit design & layout preferred (28nm/14nm/10nm/7nm).
• Must have good teamwork attitude and good communication skill. • Experience with SoC architectures, custom design flows and EDA methodologies.
• Experience with scripting languages – Perl, Cshell and Python • Memory compiler design experience is a plus.
• 7+ years of meaningful industry experience and a background in memory design • MSEE/PhD preferred
