Introduction:

Creation of Design Methodology Reference flow solutions for a wide variety of Technology nodes focused on silicon technologies. Enable flows to reduce the customer barrier to technology adoption.

Your Job:

• Create design methodology solutions for a wide variety of Technology nodes.
• Generate RFIC design flows using Keysight ADS and RFPro showcasing advantages of GF technologies.
• Develop methodology guidelines and techniques for design of circuits using Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre in various domains, e.g. RF, mmWave, analog, power electronics, photonic.
• Develop ADK / 3DIC / analog / automotive design enablement collateral to help the Company's customers adopt the most advanced silicon technologies.
• Keep abreast of the latest development in RFIC EDA tools and pick up new skills in the field of heterogenous integration, 3DIC, EMIR and thermal analysis.
• Work with EDA vendors to resolve issues related to RF design and analysis flows and provide input for tool improvement.
• Write scripts to parse reports, create CSV files and update database tables.
• Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Education –PhD in Electrical Engineering
• Experience - Relevant industry experience in Design flows, methodology development.
• Skill - Proficient with usage of one or more of industry standard RFIC design and simulation tools: Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, Keysight ADS, Momentum, EMX, HFSS, CST etc.,
• Coding  - Python, Perl, SKILL and/or genAI interest/coursework
• Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning & organizational skills.
