We are seeking a talented individual to join our IGA Support team at Marsh as an Identity and Access Management Engineer.
You will be part a team of developers and business analysts, both onshore and offshore, supporting in the design, development, and governance of user Identity Management. Collaborating with the IAM management team, you will identify, design, and support IAM capabilities and tools while prioritizing strategies for implementation. Additionally, you will work with Information Security teams on risk remediation and audit requirements and liaise with internal Application teams to assess their IAM capabilities and provide guidance on actionable plans to address any gaps.

We will count on you to:
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityNow/ IdentityIQ, workflows, rules, and connectors.
- Support the configuration and customization of SailPoint modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with senior developers and IAM architects to implement identity governance solutions.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SailPoint applications.
- Assist in creating technical documentation and user guides.
- Support integration of SailPoint with various enterprise systems and applications.
- Create use cases, conduct testing, debugging, and provide support and maintenance.
- Help maintain security and compliance standards related to identity management.
- Stay updated with the latest SailPoint features and best practices
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts.
- Familiarity with SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ or similar IAM tools is a plus.
- Experience with Java, XML, and scripting languages (e.g., Beanshell, JavaScript) is desirable.
- Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and database systems is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

We will count on you to:
- Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs effectively using HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE).
- Correctly identify and manage API resources and handle HTTP status codes appropriately.
- Parse, generate, and manipulate JSON data for API communication.
- Use API documentation tools like Postman and Swagger to test, document, and maintain APIs.
- Troubleshoot and debug API integration issues efficiently to ensure smooth communication between systems.
What you need to have:
- Strong understanding of REST principles and HTTP protocol.
- Proficiency in working with JSON data format.
- Experience with API testing and documentation tools such as Postman , Bruno and Swagger.
- Practical skills in debugging and resolving API-related issues.

- Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data using SELECT, WHERE, and CRUD operations.
- Perform complex data retrieval using JOINs, subqueries, and aggregate functions like SUM, AVG, COUNT.
- Organize and summarize data using GROUP BY and ORDER BY clauses.
- Work confidently with popular database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server.
- Identify and resolve SQL query issues to maintain data integrity and performance.
What you need to have:
- Solid foundation in SQL querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with intermediate to advanced SQL techniques including JOINs and subqueries.
- Familiarity with major relational database systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to database queries and performance tuning.
Core Java Developer Skills
