The Role

Position Summary:

The Environmental Monitoring (EM) Business Systems Administrator provides technical leadership and administrative management for KBI's MODA EM system or other EM software that KIB utilizes. This position is responsible for the design, development, implementation, delivery, support, and maintenance of content, assets and other resources used for instructional functions with site and IT support.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and supports projects for continuous improvement of system settings, configuration, and administrative practices. Build business case for any system upgrades that require additional costs.
  • Identify and resolve missing or incorrect data in the system through periodic system maintenance activities.
  • Supports and implements the validation roll out, and change processes for system upgrades.
  • Writes, revises, and reviews standard operating procedures, training modules, and training materials for the use and the administration of the system and for actions and features available for each role.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual instructor lead training on the system use and processes.
  • Support client audits and regulatory inspections.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors and 7+ years experience or MS and 5+ years experience in a combination of software implementation in a cGMP environment, with IT or QA experience.
  • Experience in a software implementation role is required.

This position will be considered 80% remote position with possibility of travel to the KBI sites as the job requires for support and completion of the roles and responsibilities including training and trouble shooting.

Salary: $106,989 - $147,110

Salary range provided per current averages and expectations. The salary and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
