About the role

In this role, you’ll take ideas from concept to production—building prototypes, pushing design boundaries, and scaling your creations into high-volume manufacturing. You’ll collaborate closely with Software, RF, Mechanical, and Industrial Design teams to deliver world-class, user-friendly products. What you'll do 

We’re seeking a versatile, hands-on engineer with deep technical expertise and a passion for product innovation. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience in hardware architecture and baseband electrical design for handheld or embedded electronic systems.
• Proficiency in schematic capture, PCB layout optimization, and design validation.
• In-depth knowledge of Android mobile chipsets, including display, camera, power, and sensor integration.
• Strong skills in debugging complex systems and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience preparing manufacturing documentation and applying DFM/DFT best practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory and industrial standards (Environmental, EMC, Safety).
• Bonus: Expertise in firmware or driver development, power/analog circuit design, or experience supporting high-volume overseas builds.

What qualifications will you need to be successful?

• Master’s degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in electrical or systems engineering for handheld or mobile electronic products.
• Mastery of schematic and layout tools, with strong theoretical and practical electrical engineering knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with microprocessors, power management, displays, touch, camera, memory, sensors, and audio subsystems.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities—capable of presenting, reviewing, and aligning technical solutions across teams.
• A proactive, creative mindset and the confidence to take ownership from concept through production.
