We are seeking a Principal Ecologist with a passion for Queenslands flora to join our team working out of our thriving Brisbane office.
This role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- Helping to drive the Queensland based ecology projects with strong flora expertise
- Being responsible for leading and delivering complex ecological assessments
- Desigining and implementing targeted flora survey programs
- Preparing technical reports, impact assessments and offset strategies
- Mentoring junior ecologists
- Contributing to business development and project strategies

- Tertiary qualification from a recognised institute in Ecology, Botany, Environmental Science or related field
- 15+ years experience in consulting within a strong flora focused role
- In-depth knowledge of Queensland and Commonwealth ecological legislation
- Demonstrated experience leading field surveys and delivering quality reports
