3. 熟练掌握至少一种高级编程语言，如Python、Java或C++，熟悉常用算法框架如scikit-learn、Pytorch、Tensorflow和Java ML,熟悉copilot等AI工具。
4. 熟练掌握大数据框架和相关工具，如Spark、Hadoop及其生态工具。
5. 熟练掌握复杂的数据库应用。
6. 具备良好的沟通和自我驱动力，对业务有良好的数据化思维能力，抗压能力强
