- Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise Linux environments across large-scale customer deployments.
- Expertise in Linux, AWS Cloud, LDAP, SSSD, PAM, Slurm, LSF, HPC, Root Cause Analysis, Customer Support, Infrastructure Management, Performance Tuning, Identity Management, Monitoring & Observability.
- Ability to Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical production incidents.
- Experience producing work breakdown structures and migration plans that minimize service disruption.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for resolving highly complex network/compute issues.
- Hands-on experience building lab simulations to test architecture designs and troubleshoot compatibility issues.
- Experience in driving cloud infrastructure initiatives, including deployment, migration, and operational best practices.
- Experience with incident management, problem management, and continuous service improvement activities.
- Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
