Job Description:
What You'll Do
Designs, develops, implements, and sustains a long-term enterprise data management and governance program incorporating industry frameworks, templates, and expert organizations. Accountable for the design, development and implementation of data quality, data stewardship, metadata management, and sensitive data management applications. Builds productive working relationships with the federated data governance groups within the company providing tools, capabilities, and frameworks to evolve the maturity of those federated groups. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You'll Do It
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including business and technology teams, to execute Information/Records retention schedules and disposal requirements
- Build sustainable processes to ensure disposal requirements are being met across the company.
- Leads the design, development, implementation and evolution of a long-term enterprise data management and governance program
- Builds productive working relationships with the federated data governance groups within the company providing tools, capabilities, and frameworks to evolve the maturity of those federated groups
- Partners with external vendors and industry experts to evolve the data management and governance program using industry frameworks, templates, and expert organizations
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance, or related
- 6+ years of experience in IT work experience, Data Analysis, Metadata Management, Data Quality, or related
Physical And Cognitive Requirements
- Primarily remain in a stationary position.
- No required movement about the work environment to complete the major responsibilities of the job.
- Ability to transport physical objects up to 10 pounds (5 kg).
- Primarily performed indoors in an office setting.
- Ability to communicate verbally.; Ability to communicate in written form.
Bonus Points If You Have
- 8+ years of experience in IT work experience, Data Analysis, Metadata Management, Data Quality, or related
- Database and technology experience in data management responsibilities, including data classification, retention and disposal, metadata management.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
