Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with engineering peers, business leadership, and partner teams to design, implement and optimize data solutions for the member experience and product design teams
- Collaborate closely with BI and Analytics partners to design transformations for business-ready data
- Assist with Data Analysis by providing context around data and developing a deep knowledge of the team's core datasets
- Lead the design of flexible and scalable data ingestion pipelines to make data ingestion more efficient integrating new technologies and best practices
- Supporting data governance with data cataloging, data cleansing, data security, archiving
- Solve complex data development issues within on premise and cloud environments
- Collaborate on quality strategies that ensure our data platforms are correct, resilient, scalable and secure
- Partner with team members to share ownership of data pipelines and develop shared team capabilities

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 7+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering / Data Analysis Roles
- 5+ years of experience modeling, designing, building, and supporting Data Lake / Data Warehouse transformation architectures in a production environment to support BI and Analytics models
- Demonstrated experience in supporting BI initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to deliver high quality consumable data
- Proficiency in SQL, Python and data libraries used in profiling, transforming and validating large datasets
- Familiar with best practices for data flow patterns for data ingestion, data sharing and data product delivery
- Proven expertise in Cloud data services, including Azure Managed databases, Azure Data Factory, AWS RDS, AWS Glue, Data Bricks, and others
- Proven exposure to emerging AI tools and a growing proficiency with developing solutions utilizing AI models and agents
- Proven ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
- Proven ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language
- Proven self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with internal and external clients

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
