About the role:
Are you a hands-on engineer who thrives in a dynamic, feedback-driven culture? We’re looking for a Principal Engineer or Architect to help shape the future of Ministry Brands’ next generation of AI-driven products.
You’ll lead the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines and infrastructure that power agentic architectures—directly supporting production-ready AI systems. This role requires a deep understanding of modern data architecture, AI technologies, and the ability to design and implement scalable solutions that drive innovation and business growth.

What you'll do:
  • Design and build robust data pipelines and architectures that support next-generation AI-driven products.
  • Implement rigorous data quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Mitigate bias and ensure fairness in AI models and data pipelines.
  • Maintain the highest standards of data security and compliance.
  • Collaborate across teams to innovate and bring transformative ideas to life.
What you bring:
  • Proven track record of building production-level data infrastructure to support AI and agentic systems.
  • Expertise in:
    • Azure Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake Storage, Databricks, Apache Spark, ClickHouse.
    • Azure AI Foundry, Model Training, MCP (Multi-Context Protocol), Manager Agents, Semantic Kernel.
    • Deploying agents in production environments.
  • Experience with ELT/ETL for building and optimizing data foundations.
  • Familiarity with:
    • AI/ML model evaluation metrics and benchmarking techniques.
    • A/B testing methodologies for assessing data or model updates.
    • Mitigating biases in data and evaluating model fairness.
Preferred experience:
  • Experience leading data engineering teams or initiatives in AI-focused environments.
  • Strong collaborative mindset and a drive to foster a learning-oriented culture.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and mentoring others.
