WHAT WE EXPECT

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the product expectations and services for innovative data driven applications for Connected Vehicles platform team/s to solve problems in the Connected Trucks world
  • Good understanding of the technical ecosystems
  • Engage with key stakeholders within and outside the organization, the Delivery Team and Scrum Master to build an exceptional product.
  • Effectively captures stakeholder assumptions and translates them into hypothesis driven outcomes.
  • Creates the vision of the product through extensive knowledge of the system or product, business need, users, market, competitors and future trends of a connected vehicle domain.
  • Being knowledgeable of Agile and Scrum practices.
  • Creates and prioritizes features, user stories, acceptance criteria and the product backlog for each sprint.
  • Actively engages with the Delivery Team to collaborate, negotiate and commit to product requirements.
  • Provides clear direction and flexibility when priorities change based on user needs and requirements.
  • Participates in all Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, release and sprint planning and retrospectives) as required.
  • Work with the ScrumMaster/s to measure and track business value, optimize the value of the work the delivery team performs, and ensure that the product backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, to showcase what is next for the team/stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other Cloud backend global PO and tech teams to align priorities and Internal Roadmaps.
  • Partner with Architecture and Engineering teams to provide leadership on solution architecture, design, and implementation, and ensure it is in accordance with Intel requirements.
  • You will also be contributing to the continuous improvement of the agile way of working within the Connected Backend Team as a whole.

  • Must have certification – CSPO certified professional
  • CSM/PSM will be Good to have certifications

 

Experience and Skills

  • Experience in working with Azure PaaS Services using .NET Core like Azure Event Hub, Azure APIM, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, Azure Cosmos DB using C#.
  • Git Actions for CI/CD deployment for code scans, docker registry and Azure Kubernetes services development experience will be preferred
  • Rich experience in developing cloud-based solutions using Azure with deep understanding of design for scalability and performance.
  • Clear understanding and experience of microservices (C#) driven architecture and good exposure to web application frameworks.
  • Have experience on delivering Cloud-based IT management solutions
  • Microsoft Azure Cloud, IoT based platform and software development experience will be preferred
  • Challenges and constraints within automotive domain
  • Must possess the skills to deliver clear business road maps, product strategy, and drive compliance for the products.
  • Strong skillset to analyze business process, articulate the to-be process and break down deliverables into achievable features and user stories for the team.
  • Strong at stakeholder management to drive and align prioritized features with key business/IT stakeholders/suppliers.
  • Skills to create a vision of the product through extensive knowledge of the system, business needs by users, market research, competitors and future trends.
  • Proven communication skillset to provide clarity in ambiguous situations
  • Work in a global environment.

Skills Required

  • CSPO certification
  • Experience with Azure PaaS services and .NET Core (Azure Event Hub, APIM, Service Bus, Storage, Cosmos DB) using C#
