Role OverviewMojoTech is seeking a Principal Consultant, Software Engineering, to establish and grow our engineering presence in Argentina. This is a unique opportunity for a senior technology leader who combines deep technical expertise with consulting excellence, team leadership, and business acumen. Demonstrated experience with AI-native software engineering practices is required for this role.
As our first senior hire in Argentina, you will play a critical role in building and scaling a high-performing engineering team while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. You will lead architecture and delivery efforts, mentor engineers, support business development activities, and help establish MojoTech as a premier consulting partner throughout the region.
Success in this role requires exceptional English communication skills, strong client-facing consulting experience, and an established professional network within Argentina's technology community.
This is a hands-on leadership role. While you will lead teams and client engagements, you will also remain close enough to the work to guide technical decisions, mentor engineers, and support successful delivery.

We hire employees in Argentina through Deel, our Employer of Record (EOR) partner.
