Principal Consultant - SAP Analytics Solution Architect

Role - SAP Analytics Solution Architect
Location - Remote USA (Initial 3 months onsite - hybrid at Chicago, IL)
Employment Type - Full-time

Job Overview: 

• We are seeking SAP Analytics Team Lead with strong expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP analytics solution architecture. 
• The ideal candidate has led multiple full lifecycle SAP analytics implementations across SAC, BW, HANA, and S/4HANA. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Define the SAP Analytics strategy and roadmap, including migration of legacy analytics environments to SAP Analytics Cloud. 
• Design and build SAC planning models (financial and/or operational), including time dimensions, calendars, hierarchies, and versions (Budget, Actual, Rolling Forecast). 
• Develop planning logic using Data Actions, Multi Actions, Advanced Formulas, allocations, spreading, and driver-based planning. 
• Integrate SAC with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA. 
• Lead deployment of SAP BW and BI solutions, with a focus on BW on HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Datasphere where applicable. 
• Participate in SAP BI/BW and S/4HANA projects: requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and post go-live support. 
• Design and manage SAP HANA data extraction from SAP BW, SAP ECC, and non-SAP sources (e.g., SLT, Data Services, direct connections) to enable high-performance analytics. 
• Work closely with business stakeholders (Finance, HR, etc.) to define requirements and deliver actionable insights. 
• Manage and mentor IT analytics application teams, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment. 
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align analytics initiatives with business needs and clearly communicate the value of global analytics solutions. Qualifications 
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. 
• Strong knowledge of SAP line-of-business processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, etc.). 
• Proven experience as SAP Analytics solution architect or team lead with multiple end-to-end SAP analytics implementations. 
   

Must have skills:

• Minimum 13 Years of experience in SAP. 
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) (Expert), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Application Design (Expert), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning (Strong), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Reporting (Expert).
